Here is the 2010 COP16 Cancun climate change paper from the UN Committee on Sustainable Development NY, a member of the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the U.N. (CoNGO). This paper started in 2009 with the COP15 climate conference in Copenhagen and has been updated for the 2011 COP17 climate conference in Durban.
